What is Jr. Church?
Fundamental Baptist Church’s Jr. Church program is designed to prepare kids grades 2-6 for regular church services. We sing fun songs that the kids enjoy. We take prayer request from the kids. We take up an offering that goes to support our church. We do a crafts and play games. But most important, every Sunday we teach a lesson from the KJV Bible geared to the kid’s level and have a time of invitation so that any kid who needs to make a decision or pray can.
What’s been happening
Recently, we have learned about Jonah, Gideon, and are currently learning about Moses. We made some posters during the Missions Conference about the countries of Wales, Kenya, and Siberia. We even had one of our Missionaries from Kenya come in and teach us a lesson and show us how to make an elephant out of towels. We have decided to choose a different missionary from our missionary board each Sunday and read their letter and pray for that missionary. Don’t forget that the first Sunday of each month is Gym Day.
